Rules for wearing Rudraksha
It should be conditioned by immersing it in ghee for 24 hour ,Then rinse the Rudraksha with water and wipe using a clean cloth.
After conditioning the Rudraksha for the first time, cover it with Vibhuti (sacred ash), which helps in retaining its vibrancy.
Rudraksha should be stung using a cotton thread or it can also be worn in silver, gold, copper but in the process of wearing it should not be damage. if it is damage it should immediatly be removed.
Women can continue wearing the Rudraksha even during menstruation.
Clean the bead i.e wast drying and oiling with the time span of 3 to 6 months.
Since Rudrakshas are holy beads shouldn’t be lent or worn by others.
