• Natural Products: You acknowledge that Rudraksha beads and gemstones are natural products. Small variations in color, size, shape, and “mukhi” lines are inherent characteristics of natural items and shall not be considered defects.
• Digital Representation: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
• Lab Certification: While we provide authenticity certificates from reputed third-party laboratories, we are not liable for slight discrepancies in findings between different independent labs.

SECTION 3 – SPIRITUAL & ADVISORY DISCLAIMER

• No Medical Claims: The products and services offered by Vidhan Art are based on traditional spiritual beliefs. We do not make any claims regarding specific health, medical, or life-changing results.
• User Discretion: The use of gemstones or Rudraksha for astrological or spiritual purposes is at the sole discretion of the user. Vidhan Art is not responsible for the reality or reliability of astrological effects.

SECTION 4 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & TRACKING

• Tracking: Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to Track Orders and coordinate with the courier partner for delivery.
• Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Vidhan Art are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Your purchase is subject to our specific Return & Replacement Policy.

• Unboxing Video: To claim any replacement for damage or authenticity concerns, a clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
• Window: Requests must be initiated within 1 day of delivery.
