Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders are processed within 24 hours (1 business day) after confirmation.
• Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours after processing.
• We do not ship on Sundays and public holidays.
• We aim to ship 90% of orders within 24 hours, and all verified orders within 48 hours.

Delivery Timelines (India)

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service:

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch
• Remote / Rural Areas: 5–8 business days after dispatch

Most orders are typically delivered within 3–4 days after dispatch, depending on the delivery pin code.

International Shipping

• Delivery timeline: 7–15 business days
• Delivery time may vary due to customs clearance and local courier handling in destination countries.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

• COD orders are available for selected pin codes in India.
• All COD orders undergo verification call confirmation before dispatch.
• If there is any doubt regarding the address or order details, our team may contact you for confirmation.
• Only verified orders (phone + address confirmation) will be shipped.
