All orders placed on our website are processed within 1–2 business days after successful confirmation.

Prepaid Orders: Orders paid online are processed immediately after payment confirmation. You can expect delivery within 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders require a quick verification through SMS, call, or WhatsApp. Verification usually takes about 1 business day. After verification, your order will be delivered within approximately 5–6 business days.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

For prepaid orders, there is no verification delay, allowing us to dispatch your order faster. We always aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

We offer 7 days return or replacement for unused products in original condition.

1. Offer Eligibility & Applicability

1.1 Prepaid Orders Only
This cashback offer is valid exclusively on Prepaid Orders. Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) or Partial COD payment methods are not eligible for this cashback promotion.

1.2 Minimum Order Value
To qualify for cashback, the amount paid through UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking must be at least ₹499. Orders where the online payment amount is below ₹499 will not receive any cashback.

2. Cashback Calculation & Limits

2.1 Maximum Cashback Benefit
The cashback benefit under this offer is capped at a maximum of ₹500 per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.

Example Scenarios:
• If the amount paid via UPI/Card is ₹700, the cashback credited will be ₹500.
• If the amount paid via UPI/Card is ₹450, no cashback will be provided because it does not meet the minimum threshold.

2.2 Split Payment Orders (Store Credit + Online Payment)
If an order is paid using a combination of Store Credit and UPI/Card payment, the cashback will be calculated only on the amount paid via the external payment gateway.

Rules for split payments:
• If the UPI/Card payment amount is ₹500 or more, the cashback will be capped at ₹500.
• If the UPI/Card payment amount is below ₹499, the cashback amount will equal the exact UPI/Card payment made.
• Any portion of the order paid using Store Credit is not eligible for cashback calculation.

2.3 Lifetime Usage Limit
This cashback offer can be used only once per customer lifetime. Once a user successfully receives cashback under any promotional campaign, the same user will not be eligible for cashback on future orders, even if those orders meet the eligibility criteria.

2.4 Maximum Cashback Cap Per Order
Under no circumstances will the cashback amount exceed the maximum allowed limit for a single order. Even if the product price or order value is significantly higher, the cashback credited will not exceed the defined maximum cashback limit per order.

3. Cashback Credit Mechanism

3.1 Wallet Credit Type
The cashback amount will be credited to the customer’s account wallet in the form of Silver Cash.

3.2 Usage Rules
Silver Cash can be used to pay up to 50% of the value of future orders. The cashback wallet balance will have an expiration period, typically valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified during the promotional campaign.

4. Cashback Crediting Timeline

4.1 Post-Delivery Processing
Cashback will be credited to the user’s wallet only after the successful delivery of the order. Cashback is not issued at the time of purchase or during order dispatch.

4.2 Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
If an order is cancelled, returned, or refunded, the associated cashback will become void and will either not be credited or will be reversed from the wallet if already issued.

4.3 Platform Rights
We reserve the right to verify transactions, modify promotional rules, or cancel cashback benefits in cases of suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of platform policies.
